Fools Abound 02:39
There are fools abound I won't ask you for much baby just hold on You're the one that I want to survive this foolish world People don't know what they say Running around screaming things all day Everyone's carried away No one knows the truth Information overload All of these questions are tenfold Nobody really knows But then there's you There are fools abound I won't ask you for much baby just hold on You're the one that I want to survive this foolish world Please don't leave me feeling like a fool There are fools about I won't ask you for much baby just hold on You're the one that I want to survive this foolish world Please don't leave me feeling like a fool

Mentally numb when the days long and I want to bum away Not a thought on my mind, not a thought on my mind Mentally numb when I'm high strung and I want the sun to dim I'll let the world go, I'll let the world go I wish the day was gone so I could wake up in the morning Put the present in the past Every second is a lifetime to live through As I remember when I saw you last Mentally numb when the tears come and I'm running from the storm I'm in hiding, deep in hiding Mentally numb when I look up and I see I'm done for good Only sadness, I just see sadness I wish the day was gone so I could wake up in the morning Put the present in the past Every second is a lifetime to live through As I remember when I saw you last Mentally numb when you're long gone and I see how dumb I was Now I'm lonely, I'm lonely

The World 03:20
Here I go again Same old story Trying to find a friend Before I go I can't be alone For any longer Trying to find a friend Before it ends Yea Here I find myself again Take me in or leave me in the rain Well you know I'm not the same The one you knew is long gone Heathens run the show God all fearing I don't see the world The way I did Logic's been forbid inside the steeple Heathens run the show That's how it goes Yea Here I find myself again Take me in or leave me in the rain Well you know I'm not the same The one you knew is long gone

Find Me 04:05
My head is heavy My eyes just want to close My dreams are creeping Slowly to my hole My bones are broken My heart is bleeding out My mind is cluttered Roaming around Find me Before I disappear Find me I'm right here Her eyes were shining In the moonlit field I see her smiling But I've lost the years Find me Before I disappear Find me I'm right here Find me Before I disappear Find me I'm right here The light is gone now I can't comprehend These names and numbers Swirling around my head Find me Before I disappear Find me I'm right here Find me Before I disappear Find me I'm right here

Goodnight dear sweet dreams I loved you, I hope we meet again Goodnight dear sweet dreams You were so good to me, it couldn't be, and now I've got to leave Goodnight dear, farewell I'll miss you, I know that you can tell Goodnight dear farewell Please continue to live, and one day forgive when I acted like a kid Goodnight dear so long I hurt you I know that in my heart Goodnight dear so long I know you'll find someone new who's better for you and takes you to the moon

about

This EP is inspired by people in my life and has helped me grapple and process some difficult experiences. One of those influential experiences is my grandmother's fight with Alzheimer's disease which inspired the fourth track "Find Me" and is also why 20% of the proceeds from this EP with be donated to the non-profit Alzheimer's Association.

I had the honor of working very closely with Christian DeKnatel to make these songs surpass my wildest dreams. I am extremely happy with these tracks, and I hope you enjoy them.
